This site provides product information and links to purchase platforms. Hosting and network services process connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver pages and maintain the service.

Contacting us

When you submit a support request, we send the name, email address, product and purchase details, message, and optional attachments you provide to the GISTAR support mailbox. We use this information to review the issue and reply to you. Cloudflare processes the form and delivers the notification email; our email provider processes and stores it in our support mailbox.

Your form draft is saved in your browser's session storage while you complete it. Files and your consent are not saved there; after a page reload, attachments must be selected again. The draft is cleared after a successful submission. Server logs record the request reference and email acceptance ID, without the form message or attachment contents.

Please do not send payment card details, passwords, or information unrelated to your request. Crop or cover unrelated personal information in photos and videos before attaching them. We keep support correspondence as needed to address your inquiry and related product or warranty issues.

Purchases and external services

Purchases take place on the linked retailer's website. That retailer handles account, payment, delivery, and order information under its own privacy terms. GISTAR does not collect payment details on this website.
